Parsa Bozorgani — CTO, AI systems builder and founder in Toronto. This site is an interactive studio
wall: drag the pinned cards, follow the coloured threads to see how the work connects. Highlights: co-founder and CTO at
Adleep (a Toronto growth laboratory), CTO at BeamShyft (autonomous data pipelines), founding partner at Hackers &
Painters, generative AI lead at Azadi Innovation Factory, the 24-award AI-generated short film “Howling”, and AI
campaigns for CCSA, ARWERK, Binahayat, DeepSpring, Axe/Unilever. Contact: parsabozorganiwork@gmail.com.

The short version
Every card on this wall came out of a system he built. Start with the person who builds the systems.
He rotoscoped a film by hand once, frame by frame, and decided never again — so he built a pipeline to do it for him.
The first thing that pipeline produced was a whole film. “Howling”, generated end to end, with no camera involved.
Festival juries did not much care how it was made. Twenty-four awards, across four continents.
Musicians saw the film and came asking. The same pipeline made “A State of Mind” — six rotoscoped parts for one album.
At that point it stopped being a private trick. He productized it as Soby, an animation engine other people can drive.
Pointed at a client’s problem, the same machinery became an AI art critic judging children’s drawings for a Toronto arts charity.
Then fifty more of them: small, focused AI tools for creators, shipped in ten languages.
Today the systems have paying customers. Adleep builds the lead engine; BeamShyft runs on it across New England.
Hackers & Painters is a venture studio for people who are both at once. He is its proof of concept.
The keynote — “form follows curiosity” — turned into a classroom, teaching artists to fold these tools into their own practice.
That is the wall: one person at both ends of it, still building the tool before the work. He answers his own email.

CASE FILE — 2026 · IN PRODUCTION
BeamShyft
Chief Technology Officer. Autonomous data and lead-generation pipelines for the construction supply chain in New England — agents that find, enrich and qualify demand without a human in the loop.
A growth laboratory: a house of micro-products aimed at the real-estate and building-materials supply chain, starting with a lead-generation platform for the US cabinet market. I architect, build and run the technology — infrastructure, product, and the generative-AI tooling that lets a small team ship fast.
An AI art-critic campaign for CCSA. Children’s drawings go in; playful verdicts and summer-camp matches come out — a judging problem turned into a game.
An AI storytelling app set in a paper-cutout world — stories generated, illustrated and told inside a handcrafted universe. Shipped to Cafe Bazaar and Myket.
The AI pipeline behind the films, hired out as a product: a code-driven animation engine for high-velocity visuals. The engine that drew every frame on this wall, now offered to everyone else.

ADMIT ONE — KEYNOTE
Tehran Design Week
“Form follows curiosity” — the keynote. How a decade of theatre visuals, AI films and venture building is really one continuous thread, demonstrated live.
A short film generated end-to-end with AI — written, framed and finished through the pipeline on this wall. Twenty-four festival honors across four continents.
A six-part AI-rotoscoped animation-album built for Xpherekube — every frame run through the same rotoscope pipeline as the films, this time in service of music.
An interactive music campaign for Axe (Unilever): visitors mixed tracks in the browser and the site kept them playing. Roughly 180,000 visitors in the first month.
